Each session starts off with a brief discussion to ensure you are staying on track (diet, solo workouts, sleeping well etc.). Each workout consists of a warm-up (5-20 minutes in length) and resistance training. The goal is to teach you the warm-up and stretches in the first session following the free consultation. This way the following sessions can be focused on resistance training which requires the most coaching. However, if the client feels unfamiliar with the warm-up or is working through an injury, more session time will be spent on the warm-up and stretching periods.
