Within the MDDE program, I would like to see more courses related to management. Currently, only Planning and Management in DE is available, and if there were courses that expanded on any of those topics, that would be great. Alteranatively, adapting MBA courses so they are directly applicable to the DE context be helpful too.

Based on my research in which I interviewed approximately 19 graduate students, "imposter syndrome" is fairly common, but to varying degrees. It also seems to come and go. In other words, it seem pretty normal to question one's abilities from time to time.

According to Ivie & Ephraim (2009), “the imposter syndrome is a psychological construct defined as believing that one does not really belong in a field because of lack of true ability” (p. 25).
