UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Canada

A recent article in the G and M by Tim Johnson discusses World Heritage Sites in Canada and the complex process of securing a position for prospective sites and locations on that list.  Johnson notes that Canada currently has 17 sites and cities that enjoy UNESCO status, divided almost evenly between cultural and natural locations.  Students in Anthropology 272 will find this article a good review for the final exam!
