So we can now all breathe a collective sigh of relief and carry on developing the things that we were developing before Blackboard appeared on the scene and claimed that our ideas belonged to them. Meanwhile, BlackCT appear to be saints (unless you happen to work for a company against which they are launching a law suit, of course).
