I'm posting this as an artifact regarding my own life-long learning, in that I recently have developed a kind of visual art that combines digital and manual processes into their creation, and which depict for me the elemental energies and harmonies of the Universe, which will be in the upcoming AU Art Show.
The image shows a screen capture of the text I wrote to apply for my spot.
I submitted four 8.5" plaques, depicting in an abstract geometric fashion the four seasons. I have released "Fall" on Creative Commons license, Attribution Non Commercial on Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/55590772@N07/7958243606/in/photostream
Friends and colleagues can order a set of the plaques from me, and now that it is out there as CC, anyone can copy it and do what they will except sell it (without telling me).
So I'm finding this an interesting experience and I will be happy to answer questions or entertain comments. I reserve the right to take suggestions on advisement.
Thanks,
Michael
