Looks at the transition from an ADDIE-based model (where learning designers worked with content experts) to an AGILE model (where learning designers co-create content alongside learners themselves) in a corporate setting. The AGILE learning design model is very focused on self-directed collaboration that promotes quick adaptation to change, and involves stakeholders and learners at the beginning of the course/module design process.
