AU Library & Scholarly Resources, in cooperation with AU’s Office of the Registrar, will be presenting next week a new webinar on Academic Integrity at AU.
The Adobe Connect session will take place on Thursday, December 15, from 6 to 7 pm Mountain Time.
The Adobe Connect link is: https://athabascau.adobeconnect.com/library/. Please log in as a guest.

As an AU student/scholar, it is your responsibility to be sure that in your research, writing, and assignments, you observe the conventions of academic integrity. During this webinar, we will introduce you to the concept of academic integrity, and show you how you can avoid committing academic offenses as outlined in AU’s Student Academic Misconduct Policy. They will go over the potential consequences of committing academic offenses at AU (incl. plagiarism, uploading to and use of "homework" sites, etc.), and will point you in the direction of some helpful resources.
All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to attend this session. A recording will also be available shortly after the session at: http://library.athabascau.ca/orientations.html.
Questions can be directed to Jennifer Rempel (jrempel@athabascau.ca; 780-675-6257).
