The Department of Anthropology, University of Alberta is offering an archaeological field school in the Drayton Valley area, Alberta from May 23-June 23, 2017. Field activities include survey for artifacts from the Paleoindian era, mapping tipi rings, and excavating a camp associated with a bison kill site. For more information see:
