This week we learned of the passing of American Sci-Fi writer, Ursula K. Le Guin, "one of the literary greats of the 20th century" and "the voice of reason, feminism, and compassion." Many may not know that she was also the daughter of the famous cultural anthropologist Alfred Kroeber. Take a listen to this great introduction and interview with her from 1993: http://www.cbc.ca/radio/writersandcompany/ursula-k-le-guin-explored-the-nature-of-reality-through-her-imaginative-fiction-1.4503436
