I am starting my independent study (self study) to complete my MAIS degree at AU. I have become extremely interested in Distant Learning and have taken my last five courses in DE. My project of study is to determine what are the best pedagocical, technical and economical combination of tools to support an online tutoring service.

I am doing my literature search now and thought I would also post this question here in Me2U to see what gems some of you might have read.
