The concept of leadership can be learned through the EDDE 804 course, but actualized leadership seems less evident at AU and AUGSA. Change could be an indicator of leadership, such as responding to email from an AU student. Albeit a small change but one that reflects interest in the students that the AU and AUGSA administration presumably serve.
How long should an AU student wait for an email response?
My emails to the AU President and AUGSA President appear to have no response (as of 2019-02-27) since the original emails were sent on February 14, 2019. I find it shocking as an AU graduate and student to bear witness to such lack of service. Would you accept this level of service from an educational institution?
Perhaps leadership is just that...a concept?
Sincerely,
A disastified client (aka student)
