Are you sure they didn't clear the Information Technologist, yet?  I am pretty sure with how things are going, China and India will be still after the target. But as I know she will wreck them after she leave her present dwelling place.  She will be much more stronger, and there will not be any form of entrance for them to over power her.

She needs her privacy, so that she can move on to better things. I don't really think that is too much for her to ask for, especially seeing has she has kept the end of her bargain.
