I`ve been involved politically and I have been at the heart of so many new initiatives, and I know what the past looks like; it looks like today.
We need change now as education has become the target of Canadian `fisacal resposibility`. It`s never good enough to promise to keep doing the same as what has been started by others: It`s never good enough to put your hand up once a year at election time.
Even if you have been busy acting as an advocate or volunteer, without new ideas and forward thinking; without an effort at regular communication with the membership and with no ideas to offset cripling funding cuts (we just saw an increase of 7% and are bracing for another 14%) our graduate`s association needs some fresh blood.
