The post announces a new book from George Mason U on copyright reform in the USA, a topic propelled into the spotlight this weekend by the unexpected release and hasty retraction of a progressive report on copyright reform issued by a US Republican committee ... which retracted it the next day, after Hollywood went ballistic on them.
