Article presents a learning analytics conceptual framework that can be used to evaluate design of educational content and courses. The proposed framework was developed as a result of a review of the existing analytics tool, interviews with instructors and user scenarios to understand what type of analytics will be useful in evaluating learning activities in terms of how well they meet instructional objectives.
