As a Buddhist, I am constantly looking for resources that will help me add the practice of mindfulness to my work with clients. This organization, the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, has some great resources and courses that help with coping with anxiety, stress, depression. The Centre also offers workshops and retreats for professionals looking to increase their skills in the areas of Mindfulness -Based Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
Also, Tara Brach (www.tarabrach.com) has some great podcasts, articles and books on incorporating mindfulness into our lives and work. Her book, Radical Acceptance: Embracing Your Life with the Heart of the Buddha, is one I often use with clients.
