One for programmers and others, such as writers and scholars, using Git, which is (arguably, but IMHO) the best distributed and collaborative version control system available right now.
This is a brief (nb. very brief) set of common (nb. very common) Git-related problems described in plain (nb. very plain) English, and how to fix them. I've used Git a fair bit, albeit never with much skill, but knew of only a couple of these.
