Derek Featherstone compares Elizabeth Kubler-Ross’s “Five Stages of Grief” as taken from her book On Death and Dying with resistance to incorporating accessibility in organizational websites. The five stages of accessibility/grief are: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.
