https://www.opensciencedatacloud.org/

The Open Science Data Cloud provides petabyte-scale cloud resources that allows users to easily analyze, manage, and share data. All of the software developed as part of the OSDC is open source and hosted on GitHub. Examples of projects:

  • Bookworm (Digital Humanities) uses ngrams extracted from books in the public domain and integrates library metadata
  • Bioimbus (Biological Data) is a cloud-based system for managing analyzing and sharing genomic data
  • The Conte Cloud is a Bionimbus based cloud computing infrastructure designed for the Silvio O. Conte Center for Computational Neuropsychiatric Genomics
  • Project Matsu (Earth Science Data) is a collaboration with NASA that involves processing of Earth Observing 1 (EO-1) satellite imagery
