Excelsior President on Crediting MOOCs

Positive, but cautionary analysis of a pioneer in credit transfer and aggregation, Excelsior College. They were one of the first to offer credits for certain MOOCs and like ourselves have test banks and capacity to expand this service to students.  I hope we realize this capacity.
