My paper for mLearn 2014, with Dean Cristol and Belinda Gimbert of Ohio State University. We're presenting in Istanbul, Turkey on November 4th. We'll be talking about the two tools I developed as part of my EdD dissertation research - the CSAM learning design framework, and the Mobile Teacher's Sense of Efficacy Scale (mTSES) survey instrument. (We'll also be hosting a pre-conference workshop on how to adapt my CSAM mobile RLOs course as an open educational resource for PD at your own institution). The paper, and the full conference proceedings, are available for download from Springer for free for a limited time only... so get them NOW!
