  Hi my fellow adventurers. I really loved Jon's presentation -- well done. Engaging in meaningful dialogue over time with our online community -- awesome. I continue to study and write in many forum settings on the internet and Athabasca University was a great bridge to my present work online. I still have my day work, in counselling, but my online work is global and ever expanding. I'm grateful for the AU connection and the landing, that is https:/landing@athabascaU.ca.   Why, thank you! The Landing continues to grow - those figures from a year or two ago are significantly higher now (we are approaching 7000 users, for instance, and have peaked at well over 20,000 external visitors some months). And we need it more than ever!

I'd suggest making it into a bookmark - more people will see it that way. Just add a bookmark (from the tools menu) pointing to that link, with a title and the description you provide, You could draw still more attention to it by posting a message...

  There's a great group on accessibility that is worth joining if you are interested in disability services. It may be a useful way to connect with others who share that interest at AU, and maybe share some ideas and concerns with them.

  I am quite confused about this landing aspect. Can't we just do the work and move on? Some of us may be in exreme pain and/or sponsored and just want to learn and go with their own plans. I beleive I would benifit greatly from a friendly guide of sorts to help me finish this course properly, as I tend to just do the work and not think about the social aspect. I would prefer facebook or email for communication rather than here.

  I am a MAIS student and this is my first time on the landing. I want to join the Jane Place group which I found but I see nothing posted - but I know she has posted someting for me to respond to. I thought the probelm might be that I am not logged in and although the log in instuctions tell me to log in at top right hand side , I only see "log out" and no where to sign in and enter my ID. Can you help please?
