Description:

Let's work together!

This is a non-directive site to foster collaborative leadership.  Use this site as your space!

  • As a resource to read people's ideas for strategies to break down silofication in their organization. The content is freely available to the public to read.
  • As a space to collaborate with others.  You can create a free account with AU Landing and then join this group and you'll have full access to do things like contribute content, create and lead a blog, or create a sub-group around a topic of interest.

This was borne out of a desire to support a presentation made by Andrew Frazer, Peggy Lynn MacIsaac, Mike MacLean, and Jennifer Rempel at the Alberta Student Services Conference held in Athabasca Alberta in May 2017.  We've built the space, so you can use it as you need.
