MAC LION (OS 10.7) comes witha podcasting application to make your podcastsing creations as simple as possible.

The default location of the "Podcast Publisher.app" application is under the Utilities folder (>Applications > Utilities).

If you have a new MAC with Lion, then you are in luck.  If you have Windows, best of luck to you.
