Go under "tools" at the top and make a group. Something like Colleen's Work. You will be the only member. In the group space got to "tools" and click files. When you load them pick the option of Colleen's Work group only. Let me know if that works. Then later if you want to share you can invite anyone you want into the group.

I'm going to have to spend a little time tomorrow looking at what you did ;-) I don't see your files on your site and for some reason they are attached in Landing mail from you to me. I'm traveling today so will check tomorrow.

Ahaa! I found you. I'm going to make a 601 group on the Landing. You will get an invite.
