MCast Project: Audacity 1.3 Beta - Saving Your Project and Using Music -€“ Part 6

In the last session, I continued with some basic editing tips and we now have a project with multiple audio tracks.  In this tutorial we will:

  • save our audio project (something I neglected to illustrate earlier) and;
  • find and import some music from the web.

In this tutorial I used the song called, Rocket by Kevin MacLeod from the incompetech (http://www.incompetech.com/m/c/royalty-free/) web site.  This is one of the better sites I have found for using music in podcasts and I highly recommend it.

In the next tutorial we will learn more about using music in an audio project.

As always, I'm looking for some feedback on these tutorials so if you have any comments, questions, or advice you would like to pass along, please leave a comment on this blog post or email me at: tomshepp@gmail.com.
