University of Maryland offer online courses

University of Maryland joins other well-known universities that offer free courses (MOOC).
Learners will pay no fees and don't get credites for the free courses. Expanding access to education through MOOC courses is going to benefit many students in development countries who can't offored learning from professors of reputable universities like Stanford, Columbia, Princeton and Johns Hopkins.
