Ideas for Unit 5

Idea 1: Dynamic image. On the BattleMech Hub page, there is currently a blank image space. I propose writing a short JavaScript program that dispalys an appropriate image in said space when a user mouse-overs one of the links to a Light-class 'Mech's page (i.e. mouse-hover over "Commando" and the splash shifts itself to display an image of the Commando, hovering over "Jenner" displays a Jenner, etc.)

Idea 2: RSS feed. I had originally wanted an RSS feed in the side-bar, but the recent addition of the navigation menu, and repositioning of the copyright disclaimer take up much of the space that would be required to properly implement an RSS feed there. Instead, I would like to put an RSS on the home page, where it would be more appropraitely placed, and the room required is present (I may have to do a bit of tetris with some of the elements, but there's plenty of "white space" to utilize).

Idea 3: Site search. At this point, it's rather redundant/useless, but I'm putting it forwards anyway since I can't think of anything better - or anything else, for that matter - that would actually improve my site as it is right now. Search bar would live in the side-bar.

The first two ideas look fine so there's no need to be concerned about the third--but thanks for listing it! And it might have found some use too. Good solution on the RSS feed!
