The pages given are poorly written because they
-do not contain DOCTYPE headers
-do not follow XHTML 1.0
-readability of the actual file is bad because there is no use of indentation to show division of code.

The pages fit with unit 1's personas and scenarios because they allow for:
-viewing of projects and experience of the person's portfolio
-being able to contact the person if necessary
-finding out the personality of the person who you are looking to recruit.
