These changes are improvements to my personas’ experiences in their scenarios because it adds a professional atmosphere to my portfolio. This would improve their first impression of my portfolio. Whether they are searching for talent or for project inspiration, the added designs from the CSS such as the background image, the emphasized name title, and profile picture portrait would help them to be in a positive and impressed mindset, before even looking at any projects or specific details.
