I tried another screencast with Jing. The free version only allows you to save the video as a .swf Flash file. I tried uploading it to my Youtube account, but it failed to process it. I checked and it does support the .swf format but I'm limited to a file size of 1GB and length of 10 minutes.
So, I went to ScreenToaster.com and did another screencast and uploaded the video to my YouTube account from there. I did turn on the mic, tested the level, and it said it was on but as you can see there is no sound. Here is the result:

The other thing I am finding difficult is getting the right screen size for the video. I'm going to do more research and try some other programs.
