Great news. TechSmith contacted me and fixed my problem with the 30 day trial expiration. The interesting thing is that they did it through Twitter. I posted a message saying I could not get it to work and their support could not help (I had called them earlier). Next thing I know I got a message on Twitter (called a Tweet) from a TechSmith rep and she put me in contact with an employee that handles educational issues. Wow, the power of a social network still surprises me.
The Landing is a social site for Athabasca University staff, students and invited guests. It is a space where they can share, communicate and connect with anyone or everyone.
