I'm glad that I decided to take the Business of Emotions course. It is rich in material that I need in my current job. Every day I set on my desk, and before I start meeting my clients, I feel that I need to remember some stuff that I read from this course so I can be able to deal with the situation that I'm going to have. BTW, I'm a school settlement worker, and I work with newcomers, immigrants, international students, and refugees. Daily, I have to face a lot of clients who carry different emotions from their past. These emotions might be negative or positive. Dealing with positive emotions are easy and fun, but dealing with negative emotions is so tight, and that's why I decided to take this course!
