Description:

The Centre for Learning Accreditation develops, manages, promotes and researches Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR). PLAR is an assessment process that offers learners the opportunity to count their experiential learning as credit toward AU degrees, diplomas or certificates. CLA's mentors work closely with learners to help them to understand learning that they already possess. The PLAR process provides learners with both quantitiative and qualitative feedback to assist them in their learning journey and is also known to increase learners' confidentce in their own learning ability.
