The specific focus of this project is on the development and application of training material associated with water quality sampling techniques and achieving the appropriate response to adverse water quality sampling results by utility operators and management staff. Three key areas of concern include a needs assessment, development of a rewarding learning experience, and the assessment of learners to ensure that they can effectively apply what they have learned.
In this case, a management plan presents a project charter, detailed project schedule (which includes tasks and assignments), an estimated budget, a discussion of the risk assessment methods and project communication expectations.
