Yes.
If you are a student, your student ID should continue to give you access in perpetuity. No special action is needed on your part and we welcome your ongoing engagement! If you cannot remember your password, please change it via the central system (details/links to that are available when you attempt to log in to MyAU).
If you are a former member of staff, things are a bit more complicated because ex-staff have their accounts removed centrally: we have no control over that. In principle, though, we can separate your Landing account from the central system and so restore your access. Unless under extreme duress, we almost never delete accounts on this site because doing so also removes the content you have created (note: individuals are always able to delete their own accounts if they wish - we just don't do it ourselves). If you need an account reinstated, please use the support button (side of the page) or contact landing@athabascau.ca for assistance, briefly explaining why you need ongoing access and providing us with your new email address.
Finally, of course, content which has been made public can always be viewed (and usually commented on, moderated by the owner) even if you are not logged in.
The Landing is a social site for Athabasca University staff, students and invited guests. It is a space where they can share, communicate and connect with anyone or everyone.
Unless you are logged in, you will only be able to see the fraction of posts on the site that have been made public. Right now you are not logged in.
If you have an Athabasca University login ID, use your standard username and password to access this site.
We welcome comments on public posts from members of the public. Please note, however, that all comments made on public posts must be moderated by their owners before they become visible on the site. The owner of the post (and no one else) has to do that.
If you want the full range of features and you have a login ID, log in using the links at the top of the page or at https://landing.athabascau.ca/login (logins are secure and encrypted)
Posts made here are the responsibility of their owners and may not reflect the views of Athabasca University.
