Web 3.0?

Not sure about the distinction between web 2.0 and web 3.0, but Nova Spivack believes web 2.0 is dead and the web 3.0 era has begun. Here is his article defining what he believes to be web 3.0 (Web 3.0 -- The Best Official Definition Imaginable).
The creator of the web, Tim Berners-Lee, has to shaking his head at this classification, He has always contended that the web was orginally concieved to be social and interactive and denounced the labelling of the web as web 2.0. I wonder what he thinks of web 3.0?
