ReadWriteWeb on Web 2.0 and Web 3.0

A ReadWriteWeb article (Open Thread: Is Web 2.0 Dead? Answer to Win Our Web 2.0 Swag (Rea...) is looking for opinions about the Web. Is Web 2.0 dead? Is Web 3.0 the mobile web? Interesting concepts that cause confusion when describing the evolution of the web. I'm really not sure what a semantic web is and I don't think most people understand it either.
