Interesting concept of using the iPod Touch for education:
Why not? The ISchool? (http://www.iear.org/iear/2009/7/3/why-not-the-ischool.html)
There is a slick video by a 17 year old that includes an overview of what apps are currently available for use in education and a brief look at the future. My only concern would be limiting iSchool to one platform. I believe competition breeds innovation.
