MAC LION (OS 10.7) comes witha podcasting application to make your podcastsing creations as simple as possible.

The default "Podcast Publisher.app" application location is under the Utilities folder.

If you have a new MAC with Lion, then you are in luck.  If you have Windows, best of luck to you.
