Based on a paper of the same name by Nazim Rahman & me. Talking about the problems and potential solutions to problems of mixed social and organizational modes when trying to analyse a deliberately soft system like the Landing and the learning htat goes on here. Big issue include the fact that there are complex mixtures of formal and informal learning, and that there is no formal space for formal things like courses. So how do you know what to look for? Tricky stuff.
