The resource you shared is for Canadian Certified Counsellors. I think it is a handy document to have if we are working as Canadian Certified Counsellors. In addition, different regulatory bodies usually provide their own ethical guidelines to their members, I would recommend professionals follow the recommendations and requirements of their own regulatory body to ensure they are ethically competent.
