Hi All,
As of Feb. 1, 2018, there's a change in the AU REB application process for grad students.
We now have to complete an online tutorial related to the TCPS-2 (the research ethics document that governs most Canadian research involving humans). Once you've completed the tutorial, you'll get a certificate that needs to be attached to your AU REB application.
I thought I'd share the link to the tutorial, so you can add time for completing it into your schedule .

So far the content in the tutorial is super interesting. I'm only part way through the first of ten modules, and don't know how long the whole thing will take.
For more info from the AU Research Center about Ethics at AU, check out the information at:

Cheers,
Peggy Lynn

Hi Peggy-Lynn,
I took my tutorial over three weekends, and finally completed the final module (8?) on Sunday -- I got my certificate!
The information is indeed very interesting!

Thank you, Peggy Lynn,
I saw that there was a tutorial in EDDE 805 when I was doing research on the TCPS website, but I did not know it was a doctorate requirement. I appreciate the heads-up, as I will immediately start on it!
