  Consistent with his project management approach for the group case study (EDDE804 Assignment #2) on implementing mobile learning for Mansignh Dharma School (Bainbridge, Tin & Yeung, 2011), he identifies the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as an effective model that can also be applied here. Accordingly, SDLC’s five phases of:

  (1) Preliminary Investigation,

  (2) Analysis,

  (3) Design,

  (4) Development, and

  (5) Implementation and Maintenance

                                            (Laberta, 2011)

  will be adopted.
